After a morning tea break, you can choose to get personalised tech support from Be Connected Digital Mentors to apply practical steps to boost your online safety.

Be Connected is an Australia wide government initiative empowering all Australians to thrive in a digital world. Japara has been generously supported to provide the Be Connected Digital Mentor training program by The Good Things Foundation Australia Capacity Building grant, to ensure everyone has the ability to use the internet safely, access services and stay connected with one other. Digital Mentors assist individuals over 50 years old with one-on-one digital support. Additional tech support volunteers will be available throughout this session for non-eligible aged individuals
