Resident skip bin permits

Residents must apply for a skip bin permit if they own a skip bin that intrudes onto Council land or any public roadway. Contact your skip bin provider to arrange a permit.

If the bin is located on your property and does not intrude in or onto a public place you do not need a permit.

Please note, we do not provide bulk rubbish containers (skips, trade waste bins, hoppers) for hire.
