Step 1.Before reporting your missed collection 

Please ensure your waste was out on the Sunday before your collection day and that you haven't received a knock back notice.

If you have received a knock back notice the material presented is likely to have not met the criteria of this service. Please arrange alternative disposal.

Due to the one-off scheduled nature of this service, the trucks have already moved to other areas and won’t be able to return if the waste materials were not presented correctly during your scheduled week of collection.

Step 2.Submit your request

Complete the 'Report a missed hard, metals and bundled branches collection' form. You'll need to provide your contact details and property address.

Step 3.Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation. Our Customer Experience team will contact you if further information is needed.
