Animal registration reminder SMS
We’re sorry, the animal reference number in the pet registration SMS sent on Thursday 11 April was missing a number. Please refer to your renewal notice for the reference number to pay online. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.



Step 1.Find your animal registration renewal form

Your Renewal Notice will be sent to you prior to 10 April each year. 

You will need your Animal Reference number from your Notice to proceed with your payment.

Step 2.Check your Registration Class

If your registration class is correct you can proceed with payment

To update your registration class to receive a reduced fee, please complete a Proof of Class application.  You can then select how you will make the new payment amount. If you complete a proof of class application, do not proceed with the further instructions on this page.

Step 3.Check your Microchip Number

If your notice states your Microchip No. has not been provided please complete a proof of class application to provide your animal's microchip number.

Please Note: Under the Domestic Animals Act 1994 an animal is not considered registered until your microchip number has been received. 

Step 4.Complete Your registration renewal online

Select Renew Pet Registration to complete your payment online via EPathway. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard.
