Enter the project details, including the planning application number, site details, copy of plans, quote and cost of works.
The total fee is determined by the cost of works and includes a bond (5% of the cost of works) and an application fee (2.5% of the cost of works)
Your application will be reviewed and an invoice sent for the payment amount required.
This can be paid online, or in person at any of our Community Links.
When the works have been completed you can arrange for a final inspection. If the works have been completed and the inspection satisfactory, the bond will be returned to the original payee.
