Our Social Support programs provide an opportunity for Yarra Ranges residents receive assistance to remain independent and connected to their local communities. We run a variety of programs across the Shire of Yarra Ranges, including outings and special interest groups. All the program activities are chosen by the participants and are intended to help you to stay active, healthy and living in your own home.

Operated by a capable and experienced staff and supported by volunteers as a part of the Healthy Ageing team, our social groups offer a variety of programs that aim to provide a fun, positive experience and encourage new friendships.

Programs run between 9.30 and 3pm on weekdays, and transport is available in most areas. We operate all year except for public holidays and on extreme weather days. We also close during the Christmas and New Year period.
