Alice Zaslavsky is an award-winning author, broadcaster and ‘Vegelante’, she’s the Cookery Columnist for The Weekend Australian Magazine, host of ABC Radio Melbourne’s Saturday Breakfast, and resident foodie on ABC TV’s News Breakfast program.
