Waste education officers from Yarra Ranges Council and Knox City Council have teamed up to deliver a live cooking demonstration that will show you how to reduce food waste by utilising leftovers in your fridge.
The fun part is it turns out different each time but it'salways ahit with family and guests! You'll also learn howto make a 1kg tub of natural yoghurt in just under 6-minutes!
