RACV Healesville Country Club, 162 Healesville-Yarra Glen Road, Healesville 3777 View Map
Council received an application for the development of 162 Healesville-Yarra Glen Road, Healesville from the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP). The application was lodged on the 2 February 2026 and is a Ministerial permit application which has been provided to Council officers for comment.
The proposal seeks to provide additional accommodation at the RACV Healesville Country Club in the form of 12x two-storey villas adjacent to the main entry road within the site. Upgrades to recreational facilities within the resort are also proposed. Specifically, the project includes:
- 12 x Group accommodation villas (comprising of 8 x flexible group accommodation dwellings and 4 x single group accommodation dwellings) including associated access, car parking and services,
- new ‘Pro-shop’ including shop and golf cart storage area,
- minor upgrades to multi-court area,
- 18th hole golf course realignment, and
- vegetation removal and earthworks associated with each component.
This is a Ministerial Permit Application, and the Planning Permit was issued on the 15 June 2026.
