If you are invited to an interview, the hiring manager will contact you via phone to arrange a 45-minute interview. We will discuss:
- a suitable interview time
- whether the interview will be held face-to-face or on Microsoft Teams
- who will be on the interview panel
- any support or any reasonable adjustments you may need to enable you to take part in our interview process.
All interviews will include a range of behavioural, situational and motivational questions.
Behavioural questions explore your past experiences and how you behaved in those situations. These questions should be answered using the STAR method.
Situational questions are scenario based and explore how you would approach a hypothetical situation that may arise in the role you are interviewing for.
Motivational questions explore your values and other skills and life experience you may have.
