Council has received application for the use and development of outdoor recreation (Zorb Park), ancillary amenities building, associated earthworks, vegetation removal and installation of business identification signage.
The proposal is to operate 7 days per week:
- 9am to 5pm during non-daylight savings
- 9am to 7pm during daylight savings.
It proposes 60 patrons on site, 150 patrons per day.
The proposal includes hot tubs and a 24.5 metre by 13.25 metre amenities building with a 60-seat café. It proposes to remove 4 trees, which require a planning permit.
