Update your details

Before you start

Update your contact details, mailing address, pet microchip details or other pet registration details online.

To cancel your pet registration, please visit Cancel Pet Registration.

For all other updates to your pet, please visit Pet registrations.

You'll need to provide:

  • your personal details
  • two forms of verification so we can confirm your identity
  • your pet's lifetime tag and microchip number
  • proof of registration class if changing your pet's class.

If you're changing your legal name, you'll need to upload a copy of a legal document (eg, marriage licence, drivers' licence, passport, proof of age card or birth certificate).
