The project includes redevelopment of the existing pavilion, that was built in the 1970s, and no longer fit for purpose.

The redevelopment will include:

  • new changerooms with all gender amenities
  • umpire changerooms with all gender amenities
  • accessible amenities
  • storage
  • first-aid room
  • meeting room/office
  • kiosk and servery facilities
  • multi-purpose community spaces.

The new facility will enable the sporting clubs of Seville Recreation Reserve to continue to grow and provide positive sporting participation outcomes, as well as providing social connectedness to the community.

The current Seville Neighbourhood House will also relocate within the new building on completion.

The project is funded by the State Government and Council, with contributions from the Sporting Clubs and Neighbourhood House.

Construction has commenced with completion expected late 2026.
