Launching Place Preschool

We have an expansive and well resources community based kinder with skilled and experienced teaching staff. We are 1 of 21 kinders managed by Yarra ranges Kinders Inc. (YRKI)

We belive that all children are unique individuals who deserved to be embraced and respected, to feel safe and secure, to be supported to achieve their potential in all areas. We view children as competent and confident learners who can make choices, express opinions, have ideas and determine their own learning.

Our play-based curriculum is based on the VEYLDF with particular emphasis on social and emotional competence, language and sustainability. It includes long periods of indoor/outdoor times when children can develop and their own their learning ideas.

Parent help is valued in areas of maintenance, fundraising, social events, special projects and supporting staff in the delivery of the programs. YRKI admin staff handles all the legal and regulatory requirements so that parents can enjoy their child's year at preschool without worrying about that aspect of kinder.
