Everyone is talking about Pickleball, and we are so excited that now you can be too!

Friendly staff, and good tunes is what brings a great vibe to the Ladies social play sessions.

It doesn't matter if you have never played, in this supportive environment you can just relax while giving it a go, and maybe even get confident enough to get competitive!

Whether you come down with some girl friends or just on your own, you will feel included and at ease whilst learning something new.

No time. No childcare. No experience. No gear. No mental capacity.

What is LinkUp?

The LinkUP program supports women aged 25 - 55 to break the barriers to get active and involved in local sports and recreational fun. We are linking in with local clubs and activities to provide FREE beginner/refresher sessions, that include childcare and post-session meals, to reduce the very real barriers that stop women from joining in.

• No commitment, No fees, No costs.
• Childcare available upon request.
• Refuel with a healthy meal to enjoy together or take with you after each session.
• Wide variety of Sports and Recreational activities to choose from! 
• Sessions will be held across the year with local clubs and groups.
