Use and development of the land for a childcare centre, installation of a fence, removal of vegetation and alteration of access to a Transport Zone 2.

  • The childcare centre will accommodate 108 childcare places.
  • The proposed hours of operation are 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday.
  • 23 car spaces are proposed (no reduction of car parking sought)
  • Two storey built form.
  • One tree proposed to be removed
