For one weekend only, Healesville Sanctuary transforms into a cosy winter festival with 19 of the Yarra Valley’s best wineries, breweries and distilleries bringing their cellar doors to one beautiful bushland location.
Visitors have exclusive access to the Sanctuary and can taste the best drops from local prestigious producers.
Pair a robust shiraz with a stocky wombat, a tawny port with a real Tawny Frogmouth or a sparkling with bubbles floating past a Platypus.
Crackling bonfires and live acoustic music provide the perfect atmosphere to enjoy in the fresh air and leave a rosé in your cheek. Come dressed for the season in your gumboots, beanies and warm coats.
Everything happens for a riesling with proceeds contributing to the life-saving rehabilitation work undertaken at the Sanctuary’s wildlife hospital that treats approximately 2,000 patients each year.
