Extreme Fire Danger Rating - Wednesday 7 January 2026

An Extreme Fire Danger Rating has been forecast for the Central region of Victoria, including Yarra Ranges, on Wednesday, 7 January 2026.

Warburton Water World, Warburton Mountain Bike Park, Olinda Outdoor Pool, Arts Centre Warburton, Karwarra Gardens and Birdsland Reserve will be closed.

This day has also been declared a day of Total Fire Ban for our region.
