The playspace was first identified in the 'Playspace Plan 2019-2029' for renewal.

The main objective was to create a valued, peaceful place for the local community to enjoy.

We are going to replace the old existing play equipment and add a few new interesting items, including a water fountain and some feature landscaping.

We will also refresh the ground surfaces with soft mulch and soft fall matting.

This playspace renewal is currently in the Tender Phase.

Once the contract has been awarded we hope to begin work in Feb 2026.
