Before you start

To meet our stormwater drainage requirements for a planning or building permit, please follow these steps:

  1. Apply for a stormwater point of discharge certificate
  2. Submit stormwater drainage plans and computations
  3. Apply for a works within a road reserve permit

 

Fees range from $392.50 to $1352.50.

Complete the details, including development details, planning permit number, drainage plans and engineering calculations.
