Lilydale Community Gardens

Now at two locations! This garden is currently seeking new volunteers.

Location 1

Located on Main Street, Lilydale adjacent to Bunnings, this unique garden borders the footpath and the service road. Herbs such as rosemary, mint, oregano and sage are grown along with warrigal greens and flowers for pollinators. As this garden is small, larger vegetables tend not to be grown however there are two olive trees growing in tubs. Seating, tables and a chess board are located here for people to stop and enjoy. Toilets are located across Maroondah Highway.

Location 2

This garden is located at Lilydale Community House on Hardy Street and features fruit trees and raised garden beds.
