We advocate, educate and activate for Leadbeater's Possum, Victoria's critically endangered faunal emblem.

Friends of the Leadbeater's Possum work toward increasing public awareness of the critically endangered status of Leadbeater's Possum. We also play a part in improving the conservation status of the Leadbeater's Possum and assist with the conservation of its habitat.

Activites

• We take part in revegetation of degraded habitat, especially at Yellingbo.
• Our education program includes forest tours and school visits.
• We hold Leadbeater’s Possum Awareness Week each April and an annual Rediscovery picnic
• We lobby for improved regulation and legislation to protect the Leadbeater's Possum along with applying for improved status e.g. Endangered to Critical.
• Hold fundraising events.
