Payments must be made by the specified due date as shown on the front of the infringement notice.

If you do not pay a fine by the due date you may incur additional costs.

If you have received a fine you can dispute it. You can also dispute a fine on behalf of someone else if you have written authorisation to do so. Please include any authorisation with your application.

Please notify us in writing if you wish to have this matter determined in Court.

Further costs will be incurred when the matter is lodged.

What happens if I do nothing?

If you choose not to pay the fine a Penalty Reminder Notice will be sent to you with additional costs.

If you decide not to pay at this stage, a Final Demand letter will be sent to you.

If you ignore the Final Demand letter, a Charge & Summons for an infringement offence will be issued and lodged with the Magistrates Court.

Additional costs will be incurred and the matter will proceed to Court.
