Report an issue with a bin or waste collection

Before you start

To report an issue with a bin you will need to share your contact details and the property address.

Our Customer Experience team will be in touch if they need more information.

To report a stolen or missing bin

  • Let us know which bin is missing
  • If eligible, a replacement bin will be delivered

Report a lost or stolen bin

 

Leave the damaged bin out at the usual collection point. Please ensure the damaged bin is empty.

Report a damaged bin

To report a missed collection:

  • Ensure your bins are at your usual collection point before 6am on your collection day.
  • Report a missed bin or a problem with bin collection within three business days of your collection day. Public holidays are included in the three days.
  • Leave the bin out at your usual collection point.

Report a missed rubbish, recycling or organics collection

To report a missed hard waste collection:

  • Make sure your hard waste waste was out on the Sunday before your collection day.
  • Make sure you haven't received a knock back notice. We will not collect waste if you have a knock back notice.
  • If the waste was not put out correctly during your collection week, we cannot return to collect it.
