Paper Bag Puppets
Things you'll need for this activity
- Paper bag
- Scrap paper
- Crayons, texta’s, stickers, wool etc.
- Glue
- Sticky tape
- 1 thick stick for each paper bag

Let's play!
Follow these quick and easy steps to make your puppet.
- On one side of the paper bag draw a face and decorate. How is your puppet feeling?
- Scrunch the scrap paper into balls
- Fill the bag full of scrunched paper
- Place the stick into the paper bag until it is right at the top
- Tie the bottom (open end) of the paper bag onto the stick using tape.
- Now you are already to get creative with your new friend!

Extension
Write a script and make a puppet show for your family. You could make some more puppets for extra characters.
