Request a free replacement tag

To be eligible for a free replacement tag, your pet must be currently registered. Pet Registration renewal fees must be paid in full each year by April 10 before you are able to receive a replacement tag.

Please Note: Under the Domestic Animals Act 1994 an animal is not considered registered until your microchip number has been received.

Step 2.Wait to receive your tag 

When we have verified your pet’s registration is current we will mail you a replacement registration tag.

Step 3.Display your pet’s lifetime registration tag

This must be placed on your pet’s collar at all times.
