Join us for a fun and interactive 90-minute Cheesemaking Workshop and discover how easy and delicious it is to make your own cheese from scratch. You'll learn to craft four fresh, flavourful cheeses using simple ingredients and techniques you can easily recreate at home.

You'll learn how to make:

• Halloumi – A firm, salty cheese that’s perfect for frying or grilling
• Mozzarella – Soft, stretchy, and ideal for pizza and pasta
• Paneer (Lemon Cheese) – A versatile vegetarian staple in Indian cuisine
• Ricotta – Light, creamy, and perfect for toasts, desserts, or pasta fillings

No prior experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and love for cheese. All recipes are provided and you’ll go home with the knowledge to keep creating!
