A small, relaxed class for anyone interested in the many benefits of Tai Chi. The practice of Tai Chi stimulates the brain and exercises the body. The low-impact routines are excellent for developing your balance and coordination while improving your strength and breathing.

Originating from Chinese Martial Arts, Tai Chi has been transformed into a practice of meditation in motion. It is beneficial for all ages.
