The bin service charges are listed below.

If you are ordering bins for a property that doesn't have any, you'll also have to pay a Minimum base charge for your service. Minimum base charges apply to residential and non-residential properties.

Note: When you make your selection, we'll display an indicative cost based on your selection, excluding the Minimum base charge. We will amend the waste charge on your Rates Notice and issue a supplementary notice.

You'll need to provide your personal details and property address to make a request for a new waste service or additional bin(s). 

If you are an executor of estate or power of attorney, you need to submit documentation to Council before we can process the request. To submit this documentation please complete our Customer Update Form.
