Apply for a clothing bin permit

You will need to apply for a permit if you wish to place a clothing bin on Council land.

Step 1.Review our permit conditions

  • The Clothing Bin site must be safe and have convenient access to members of the general public.
  • The area surrounding the Clothing Bin must remain clear of any loose materials.
  • Materials in the Clothing Bin must not rot or cause offensive odours.

Ensure you have a current Public Liability Insurance Policy for at least $10 million.
