Lodge a Certificate of Compliance Pool/Spa




Step 1.Step 1

You need an online account to upload your certificate of compliance. 

If you don't have an account, register now. (Please ensure your Customer Type* is selected as Private Person / Public User)

Step 2.Step 2

Pay your Certificate of Compliance Form 23 submission fee

  • Scroll to the bottom and select Renewal Payment
  • Enter the payment reference number which you can find on your original letter

Step 3.Step 3

Upload your Certificate of Compliance Form 23 – use the link below and follow the instructions

  • Enter your user name and password
  • Click on the License Number
  • Click Submit Response
  • Click Choose File
  • Upload your Compliance Certificate
  • Once uploaded click Next and then click Next again
  • You will receive an email confirmation that it has been successfully uploaded

Upload your certificate 

Property owners are required to lodge the Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance Form 23 by the date specified in their acknowledgment letter confirming that the barriers are compliant with the applicable Standard.

Owners will then be required to lodge a new Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance, with Council every four years thereafter.
