Building permits issued in preceding 10 years and any current statements, notices, orders or certificates:

• Building services: Approval 51 (1) and (2) - $104.20
• Building services: Approval 51 (1) : Prev F10 (1) - $52.10

Property information requests 
If the property is flood prone, has overland drainage or is in a bushfire area:

• Building Services: Property Information 51 (2) $52.10
