Head to Health

Head to Health is a good place to start if you are looking for mental health information, services and support for yourself or someone you care about.

You can make a free call to Head to Health for advice and connection to the local mental health service or support that is right for you. This may involve referring you to your local Head to Health centre or Pop Up clinic. Head to Health Pop Up clinics are for people of all ages living in Victoria who need support for their mental health.
