Track the progress of a planning application or make a submission

Please note we are currently experiencing significant delays in delivering planning decisions and investigating planning complaints from our community.

The delays are due to an increase in applications and the limited number of planners across the state to recruit.
These pressures are not just occurring in Yarra Ranges, this is felt right across both the public and private sectors.

We will continue to do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges.

Step 1.Enter the address

Enter the address in our 'Track' eplanning tool to search for an application. You can also use the filters to view applications by suburb, activity or date.

Step 2.View the application

View the application status, plans and further information.

Step 3.Make a submission

If the application is on advertising you can also can also make a submission in favour or an objection against the application.
