It is important to us that our information is accessible to everyone.
We are committed to providing information and services in a non-discriminatory and accessible way. This is a requirement under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
We are in the process of implementing W3C's WCAG 2.0 at AA level. As part of this transition we will be replacing PDF documents with more accessible formats and transitioning to accessible third party platforms, where possible.
We will continue to explore ways to improve accessibility of the site. If you have any further feedback about a specific page, please provide feedback using the 'Was this page helpful' at the bottom of the page.
Listen to our site
Instead of reading, you may prefer to listen to the information on our website.
To do this, select the 'listen' button near the top of any page within the website. (see example below)
The tool will highlight the text as it reads it to you. Use the settings icon to change the text colour, size and how fast the tool reads the text to you. If you have trouble hearing the voice, check your volume settings (see settings menu example button below).
If you have any trouble accessing a file or document or for any other accessibility or usability issues please contact the Digital and Data team on 1300 368 333.
