Yarra Ranges street furniture

Submissions close at 05:00PM on Monday, 19 February 2018

Tell us what kind of furniture you’d like to see in Yarra Ranges parks and reserves, trails and townships for your chance to win a $50 Yarra Valley Cycles voucher.

Take the Yarra Ranges Street Furniture survey by selecting the link below and provide us with your contact details at the end of the survey to enter.

Council will be engaging a design company to create a new range of street furniture including seats, benches, timber platforms, picnic tables, bins, bollards and drinking fountains, to meet the needs of a variety of townships.

The design will be unique to Yarra Ranges, environmentally sustainable, easy to maintain, vandal-proof, comfortable and will meet the needs of all ages and abilities, shade and location.

There are many stunning shared spaces in the Yarra Ranges to sit and enjoy tranquillity, nature and spectacular views.

We’d like to know what you like and don’t like about sitting on public seating that’s currently available to you throughout the municipality.

The results will help Council and the designers to create furniture design concepts. You will have your chance to provide feedback on design concepts via the Council website and in person later this year.

The survey closes Monday 19 February 2018.
