Amendment C176 - Lot 3, Holloway Road, Wonga Park

Current status: Council considering submissions

Exhibition of Amendment C176 closed on 8 February 2019. An officer report about the submissions is being prepared and will be considered by Council at a meeting (date yet to be determined).

The amendment proposes to rezone the site to allow subdivision into 48 residential lots and open space including a wetland and sediment pond.

The Amendment will:

  • Rezone approximately 3.186 hectares of land from a Rural Living Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone - Schedule 1
  • Rezone approximately 7.030 hectares of land from a Rural Living Zone to Urban Floodway Zone
  • Apply a Significant Landscape Overlay (Schedule 23) to the proposed Neighbourhood Residential Zone part of the site

The Planning Permit application Yr-2018/358 seeks approval for:

  • Residential subdivision
  • Removal of vegetation
  • Works associated with a wetland and sediment pond.

The closing date for submissions is 8 February 2019

Under the Planning & Environment Act 1987 all objections/submissions received are required to be made available to any person for the purpose of consideration as part of the planning process.
