Group Tours and School Visits
Group Tour
Get the most out of your visit with a Museum-led group tour. One of our curators or specialist museum staff will tell you all about our significant collections and the exhibitions we currently have on display. Your group will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn stories from the collection and history of the region.
With a constantly changing schedule of fascinating exhibitions, a fully accessible venue, free parking outside and fabulous views over Melba Park, a visit to the Museum is the perfect day out for you and your group.
We recommend a minimum of 60 minutes for the introductory tour (15-mins) and time to explore the exhibitions.
School Visits
Coming to the Museum with your school group? Teacher-guided visits are free during opening hours, however bookings are essential. For Museum-led visits, please book as early as possible to ensure you can secure your preferred date and time.
We are currently offering Museum-led school experiences for each temporary and touring exhibition on show in The Box Gallery.
If you have a specific learning need or enquiry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
