Movies are now showing at The Memo, Healesville and Arts Centre, Warburton and all sessions can be pre-booked. We encourage you to pre-purchase your kiosk items.

The Yarra Ranges Regional Museum is open and bookings are not required.

What are the opening hours for the cultural venues?

All movie sessions can be pre-booked at culturetracks.info or by phoning 1300 368 333. Kiosk item pre-purchase is encouraged.

Can I visit without a ticket?

Tickets are required for movie sessions at The Memo, Healesville and Arts Centre, Warburton, as well as special events at the Museum. Tickets are not required to view the exhibitions at all venues.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Please allow time to register for contact tracing and collect any pre-purchased tickets and/ or kiosk items.

How are we keeping our venues COVID-safe?

  • Movie sessions should be pre-booked to avoid capacity limitations.
  • QR code visit registration to assist with contact tracing.
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status checks.
  • Enhanced cleaning maintained every day.
  • Hand sanitiser available for public use.
  • Screens at front desk to enhance physical distancing.
  • Floor markers that remind us to all stay 1.5 metres apart.
  • Air conditioning is set for optimum airflow.

Will we be checking guests' COVID-19 proof of vaccination status?

Yes, in line with current COVIDSafe Settings, all customers aged 16 and over will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status (or official approved exemption letter) to the Box Office staff to enter our venues.

Unvaccinated customers under the age of 16 years will be admitted, provided they are entering the venue with a fully vaccinated adult guardian.

The quickest and easiest way to show proof of vaccination is by adding your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app.

If you don’t have a smartphone or are unable to use one, there are additional non-digital proof of vaccination status options available including an official copy of your Australian Immunisation Register vaccination certificate or a printed copy of your digital vaccination certificate from myGov alongside photo identification. Do I have to wear a mask?

Face masks are mandatory indoors for people aged 12 and over, except if a lawful exception applies.

Can I make a group booking or school visit for the Museum?

If you would like to make a group booking or school visit, please contact us at museumprograms@yarraranges.vic.gov.au.

What changes are there to accessible facilities and services?

The Museum lift will be limited to 1 person at a time. Control buttons will be sanitised hourly.

Public toilets are available as usual.

Is the Yarra Ranges Regional Museum gift shop open?

Yes.

Is the kiosk open for movies at The Memo, Healesville and Arts Centre, Warburton?

Customers are encouraged to pre-purchase kiosk items when booking their tickets.

What if I am feeling unwell on the day of my booking?
