Cultural Venues Reactivation Information
Movies are now showing at The Memo, Healesville and Arts Centre, Warburton and all sessions must be pre-booked. We encourage you to pre-purchase your kiosk items.
The Yarra Ranges Regional Museum is open and bookings are not required.
For contact tracing purposes, you will need to register on arrival at the venue.

Can I visit without a ticket?
Tickets are required for movie sessions at The Memo, Healesville and Arts Centre, Warburton, as well as special events at the Museum. Tickets are not required to view the exhibitions at the Yarra Ranges Regional Museum.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Please allow time to register for contact tracing and collect any pre-booked kiosk purchases.
How are we keeping our venues COVID-safe?
- Movie sessions must be pre-booked to limit visitor numbers
- QR code visit registration to assist with contact tracing
- Enhanced cleaning maintained every day
- Hand sanitiser available for public use
- Screens at front desk to enhance physical distancing
- Floor markers that remind us to all stay 1.5 metres apart
Air conditioning is set for optimum airflow
Do I have to wear a mask?
As of 6pm 25 May, masks are required to be worn indoors.
What changes are there to accessible facilities and services?
The Museum lift will be limited to 2 people at a time. Control buttons will be sanitised hourly.
Public toilets are available as usual.
Is the Yarra Ranges Regional Museum gift shop open?

What if I am feeling unwell on the day of my booking?
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your booking with COVID symptoms, please contact Box Office on 1300 368 333 and we will work with you to exchange your tickets for a future performance.
