Sacred Earth: One Day Retreat

Join Penny and Jethro from Sacred Earth for a "One-Day Retreat." This will be a day of meditation, mantra, movement, deep relaxation, and a deeper dive into the practices that inspire Sacred Earth's life and journey. 

The day will begin by singing a mantra that will lead us into meditation. We will then move our bodies through the practice of chi kung and Yoga, then break for morning tea. After our break, we will sing mantra for 1-2 hours. We will then break for lunch. At 2 pm, we will continue with the contemplative practices of mantra and meditation, some Q&A time, and a deep relaxation.

Age Recommendation 18+ years.

More information

- The day begins at 9 am; please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for registration and settling in.
- Morning tea is provided as a part of your ticket.
- Lunch can be purchased through the various cafes and restaurants in the village of Warburton.
- Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and anything else you need to be comfortable.
- The day will finish at 4 pm.
