About the exhibition

Am I in Heaven or is my Flash too Bright? is a synthesis of artist Cameron Semmens’ two loves, photography, and poetry. An exhibition which is not a slap-down or send-up of the political construct of whiteness, but is more of a personal, playful exploration of what it means to be a man in his middle-age with a desire to be seen and heard. A personal, playful introspection into identity and purpose. Exploring a desire to be seen and heard, all while, dancing with a light-heart.
