Apply for construction of a council asset (under $100,000)

Step 1.Complete the application form

Enter the project details, including the planning application number, site details, copy of plans, quote and cost of works.

Step 2.Pay the application fee

The application fee for works under $100,000 is $5500 (includes a $5000 bond) and must be paid at the time of submission.

Step 3.Complete works, final inspection and bond refund

When the works have been completed you can arrange for a final inspection. If the works have been completed and the inspection satisfactory, the bond will be returned.
