Submit a planning application

Step 1.Prepare your application

Make sure you have all the documents required for your proposal. If you're unsure, you can use our online planning enquiry tool to find out what you need, or  visit the application checklist page for more information.

Step 2.Apply online

Create an account, or login to complete the application form and upload your documents.  You can select from a standard planning application, or VicSmart.

Step 3.Next steps

We'll check your application to make sure everything is included and send you an invoice to pay the application fee.

When the application fee is paid, your application will be allocated to a planner.
