Change a planning application in progress (Section 50/57A)

If you have a planning permit application or planning amendment in progress and a decision has not yet been made, you can apply to amend the application under Section 50 & 57A of the planning and environment act.

Step 2.Complete the online application

Click ‘Apply Now’ below to login or register as a new user.

Step 3.Application received

Your application will be reviewed within three business days to make sure it contains all the information required. If it doesn't, we will send you an email advising what must be included with your application.

Step 4.Pay the application fee 

You will receive an email with the application fee and how to pay (if applicable).

Step 5.Application has been sent to your planner for review

Your changes to the application will be reviewed by the planner.
