Graham Colling Reserve is a former tip site surrounded by high quality bushland. This reserve forms an important link to the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail and Stringybark Creek.

The reserve is also home to the Mount Evelyn Pony Club and Adult Riders Club. The old access track between the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail was very steep and heavily eroded, presenting a risk to users.

Council worked in collaboration with the Pony Club and Adult Riders Club to construct a new track linking Graham Colling Reserve and the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail. This new Track together with a second formalised access point now form a loop circuit. This track has improved accessibility, particularly during winter when the paddocks are often saturated and difficult for people and horses to cross.
