Carmen Reserve Playspace Renewal
The Carmen Reserve Playspace has been identified in the Playspace Plan as an important public open space to the Lilydale community, and the site provides an opportunity to invest in developing great play spaces for local residents.
Community Consultation in the form of a Have Your Say Survey is being held in August of 2020.
Feedback from the community consultation will be used to create a design brief to appoint a lead consultant for the concept design.
Once the concept is finalised it will proceed to detailed design with final completion by 2022.
