Residents in the Narre Warren East area may have received a letter regarding an application for an education facility at 56 Edebohls Road, Narre Warren East (Green Wedge zone) which is now part of a VCAT proceeding.
Council refused the application under delegation in June this year, as it was considered to be an inappropriate development for a Green Wedge zone.
The applicant has since lodged an appeal of this decision to VCAT.
