Have your say on the Lilydale Quarry Comprehensive Development Plan

The State Government’s Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) is seeking feedback on a draft Planning Scheme Amendment C193 to the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme, to enable implementation of the Lilydale Quarry Comprehensive Development Plan (the Plan). 

The Plan identifies the location of approximately 3,000 future homes and the infrastructure needed to support the growing community such as roads and community facilities. It also outlines commercial land for employment and retail. The Plan and associated Comprehensive Development Zone will set in place the planning controls for how the site will be developed over the next 20 years.  

Residents, landowners, local stakeholders and other affected community members are invited to submit comments on the Comprehensive Development Plan and accompanying draft planning scheme amendment documents by 5:00pm Friday 18 December 2020.
