AusNet are proactively making calls to some customers who we have not been able to communicate with via mobile phone channels.
Bank account details are being requested in some cases to help assist payments.
If any person receives a call from someone alleging to be from AusNet but they feel it may be a scam, customers are welcome to make contact with AusNet's Storm relief line on 1300 561 171 available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
