Council is asking community members for feedback on the designs for Wandana Reserve in Mooroolbark.
We’ve come up with concept designs for the playspace renewal at Wandana Reserve, using feedback from community members in November 2019.
The new playspace design features include swings, a “combination unit” with slides, which would include a climbing area for children of all ages, a bluestone circle for sitting, etched boulders, climbing logs, a playable sculpture (currently shown as a turtle, final animal still to be determined), a flying saucer spinner and rope climbing course.
We’re asking community members to provide feedback on the playspace design and to vote for where they would prefer fitness equipment to be installed – in the north area of the reserve, near the playspace, or in the southern part of the reserve, further away from the playspace:
This feedback will be used to finalise the design of the playspace and confirm the placement of fitness equipment.
Once designs have been completed, we’ll program the playspace to be constructed.
This survey should take about five minutes to complete.
